At 1430 UTC I still had clear FRS Holland on 3920 kHz but with about a minute delay if compared to 5790 kHz

Beginning to think that Piepzender is SEVERAL stations, all on 3920,
and today there was a clash between at least two of those stations
transmitting at the same time.

(the same thing happened to Radio Luxembourg 208 with two close but different TX sites)

Sounds right - also there was a mention of the P.O. box for FRS. The DJ said that all other stations use it, I remembered Mike Radio, Piepzender but there were more.
