- around 1240, my attention was drawn to a set of three very strong associated digital signals in the range 6290 to 6293, which was unique in this channel.
Listening to them, I noticed that the USB 6290 is also voice transmission. After about 1 min. the digital transmission has ended and the USB transmission has become readable SIO 454.

I have Naval Communications Center in Gdynia listed on this frequency. Possibly a so called Maritime Rear Link channel (MRL).
