2135 UTC 29250 FM repetitive chirp

a very brief chirp, sounds almost like packet, but not. Repeats on a 15 second cycle. Transmission is maybe .25 seconds. Signal is not steady. Sometimes it fades off for a couple cycles then comes back strong again. S3 is about the highest.

Possible Fishing Trawlers marking Nets or Crab Pots etc .... Heard a Similar on 29.150 a couple of weeks ago and logged it in the OTHER subforum.
