Good reception, Korean service.  The purpose of broadcast is same as Furusato No Kaze, broadcasting to Japanese citizens held in North Korea, except this is the Korean service.

1505 YL talking in soothing, hush manner
1509 OM talking
1518 YL singing, Shazam ID-ed song but in Asian characters
1521 "Gloria" Ziggy
1531 Program continues with OM talking, light music behind him

YL with exit music and QRT @ 16:00 when switches to Japanese Furasato No Kaze immediately at 16:00
