You can get a copy of the service manual here:
http://ham-radio.ca/media/files/IC-7200/IC-7200 Service Manual.pdf

This one contains addendum to 2009 and is more resent:
https://www.shercoares.org/doc_files/manuals/ic7200_sm.pdf

The chapters are out of order so you will need to scroll around a little. The addendums are listed first then the regular portions of the manual start.

What I've done on on 3.5mm, (1/8"), jacks is spray silicon spay on a plug, then plug it in / out several times. Don't spray into the jack itself with the Si spray. However, if you have Contact / TV Tuner Cleaner spray handy, you can spray that in there. That might save you a trip inside the rig itself.
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.

I FIXED IT, I'm very happy to tell you that; the issue was my squelch knob. Silly me, this rig was with me in a car crash were I hit a telephone pole, & it survived along with me !
