0823 pops, with QRM froma talking station also in AM, some low tone/beating carrier,
08115 ID as Shortwave Radio (again at 0829), the other station UNID, 0830

Not sure if the above is still on air, but 6160 sounds currently like a jumbled mess here. o.0 I assume WBCQ is in there somewhere.
