This is an amazing record directly from the front zone RU vs UA war.
They speak Russian without a foreign accent, so they are not Ukrainians.
The command post talks to nearby units asking for reports received from observers over the telephone lines.
It's strange that they use such a high frequency, but they are definitely in the direct wave zone.
As soon as I listen to it, I will write a phonetic record of the recording:

ja Kuba (K) kto menja słyszyt priom?
Kuba ja Katuszkin (Ka) prinimaju tebja na 5 bałow
K -  prinimaju
unknow ID - prinimaju na czetwiorku
K- Eżednewnik (E) Eżednewnik k tebe
E - odobrał
K - kak rozbierajesz
E- prinimaju , raz dwa tri prinimaju na 3
K- czto s telefonam ,  czto s telefonam
K - Kamysz (Ka),  Kamysz czto po telefonu
Ka - ja jest' daleko...prijdet czasto na ....
K - ostanowku widisz?
Ka - net
K - Eżednewnik
E- na prijomie
K - czto po telefonu
E - rozberiom kuda dalsze......nie prikipaju
