Not sure whether this is a pirate or not. Since About 1710 I have been hearing lots of odd sounds on 18454, music, sounds of people talking, and at 1231 what sounded like a door closing.  Rather weak, it fades in and out. The audio is muffled, like the studio is a large cardboard box. There could be a bit of hum in the carrier.

Ideas?

Got it here as well with a good signal - on the USB leg I clearly hear people talking (non-english) @ 1740z.  Lots of hum in the signal. 17:41z female talking and can hear people walking around like there's a mic in the middle of the room.  @ 17:46z can hear a child talking.  @ 17:48z discussion between male & female sounds excited or arguing?  I think the language is spanish - is this one of DGI/RHC's freqs.?  That may explain the USB audio & hum.  Signal dropped in strength @ 17:58z, can barely hear any audio or hum now.  Signal is still going with bits of talking in the audio @ 18:16z, but pretty much in the noise at this point.

Checking with the SDR, it seems to be a carrier on 18454.038, and USB audio.

I agree, it sounds like an open mic.  At 1746z it sounds like a young child talking.

I've been listening for 20 min or so, but it very rarely fades up and only for brief periods
