The audio level is too low on the clip and the download option is "forbidden". From what little I could hear, it sounded like "Iron Mike".

There is mention of the US Coast Guard station NMG, New Orleans, on this frequency in Utility World column of the August 2012 issue of Monitoring Times.

" ... However, since fax is tuned in USB mode, the frequency shown on the radio will be 1.9 kilohertz (kHz) below the listed one. The best tuning for these is at or near 4316.0, 8502.0, 12788.0, and 17144.5 kHz USB."
