News and talk at 1218z. SINPO 35433. Moderate fading, but a decent copy among the crowded 25m band this morning.

Sounds like rather strong (likely SA) jamming at 1228z.

Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical.

theres no way this is non directional.. i hear it banging in hardcore sometimes here in alaska.

Its similiar in behavior to Saudi's 11745 Al Azm.. so i figure Yemens 11860 has similar transmtiter and antenna specs, they both serve about the same area
