2338Z 35343 S9 ID WVON. Interview with a woman.
2340Z 15331 S5 Signal slowly fading into the noise.

Signal is up & down.

This is definitely not the 1690 music station that I've been hearing the past ~6 months during the day.


The expanded band stations are rolling in. Sunset at 0043Z, about an hour from now.  WVON on daytime power (10kW NDA[1]) until 0000Z.
