No, definitely music, Pink Floyd. Strong here, S8 to S9 with little noise.

23:14  sounds like a MIDI version of the song "Money"  Tune is repeating the first few bars...    No ID yet...

**I did see/hear a digital transmission/noise up on 6.970, not sure what it was @ 22:37

S5 signal here, decent copy.  Pink Floyd song, then into SSTV.
I missed the first few seconds of it as I was starting up my software....
