Hi. Here in Northern-France at 13.34 U.T.C. I picked-up this UNID test with a signal of 3/12 LED and a SINPO of 35344. It broadcasted ABBA's song performed in 1975 "S.O.S." twice before a new carrier. At 13.40 U.T.C. the signal became stronger with a 4/12 LED. Good DX. Benoît.
