Hmmmmmmmmmmm... Sounds to me like the ultimate Number Station, but without the numbers. It seems like it serves the same purpose.

SORRY, that's just one of my power supplies combined with an mp3 player,
BOTH 'run amok'   !

(Might be a fried dead mouse in the mix somewhere, I haven't yet had time to investigate it fully....)
