Hmmmmmmmmmmm... Sounds to me like the ultimate Number Station, but without the numbers. It seems like it serves the same purpose.

The best two statements of advice that I've ever gotten are from my brother-in-law in the early 1990's. 1st one, when I bought a used '89 Olds Cutless, my bro-in-law said, "Congratulations!!! SORRY, that's just one of my power supplies combined with an mp3 player,
BOTH 'run amok'   !

(Might be a fried dead mouse in the mix somewhere, I haven't yet had time to investigate it fully....)
