Listening via the SDR in Traverse City, Michigan, which is receiving an S9+ signal and very good audio with some fading and noise ...

0122 UTC: "Blackheart Man" by Bunny Wailer.
0127 UTC: Accented male said a few words, including "This is reggae music," followed by "Police & Thieves" by Junior Murvin (a song that The Clash covered later on).
