27.330 MHz FM - Russian Taxi CB Repeater 1030z 02 Oct 2026 [G8JNJ SDR]

Received via Wessex UK SDR morning of October 2nd, 2026.  Russian activity starting to pick up.

Strong cross-band and simplex repeater on 27330 kHz FM.  Mobile stations (OM drivers) and YL dispatchers talking back and forth.  Signal fair to good, fading in pretty dramatically around 1025 or so UTC.
