Receiver: W3HFU SDR receiver.

Frequency: 26675 kHz AM 26.675 MHz AM 26,675 AM 26675.0 AM.  Sounds like truckers, talking about about mile markers and other similar topics.  The band seems to either be closing or perhaps "going long", slow QSB.

26.675 MHz is channel 14 "down one band" 27.125 MHz 27.575 MHz etc.
