Also noted - It commences transmit on the first second of each minute.
Didn't realize this until copying it on a standard radio. The Excalibur, being SDR
has a slight delay during processing, so this wasn't noticed at first. Its frequency
appears to be dead on without any noticeable drift.

0040 UTC 12 Oct 2016: When Shorty goes off the air, before the top of the minute, I hear one for sure, if not two other dashers. Very weak, however. Hmm....
