rather a far away station, not a Euro pirate ?
1703 still talking quietly, very weak
1745 some music under the voices, and not from LHH

I can confirm that this is the very rare Radio Kahuzi, in Bukavu, DRC.
First heard on new year day, they have been on extended schedule -- best reception of this
has been via SDRs on the Kiwi network.  So, this post should actually be moved to the
SW Broadcast section of HFU.  Today they signed off at 1811 UTC, the previous day at
1747 UTC.
