6070 KHZ @ 1451 UTC (0851 cst local)  20 Feb. 19 in .   Typical morning drive time AM radio show with Y/M and Y/L banter.    Strong signal but heavy static overwhelming the intelligence on the carrier.   Schedule shows power as 1 KW but that can't be right, can it?
