Rainy Day here in East Troy WI, almost 1 year to the day of CY's post above. Great signal from VOA ==> Far East @ 14:11 today , also on12080 and also in Korean from Tinang.
Must be something in the (rain) water.  :)

i can hear 15580 so strong and clear sometimes, especially when theyre playing music, i take my audio bandwith from 2.3 to 5khz on my tecsun and it sounds great.  15730 also does somali and thats been so strong and clear i can hear the car horns and crowd nosie when they interview someone on the street
