Turkey Breast Radio 6925U 2303UTC 11-22

[rdla4]

Automated voice ID, gave a gmail addr. But missed the ID. Sounds like a JFK speech playing now.

Fair into GA

[Markokpik]

Barely in at 6925.3 USB.  Sounds like Kennedy.

[John Poet]

11/22/2012, 6925 kHz USB,
2310- Hearing JFK, sounds like a Test Ban Treaty speech...

2313 into JFK talk about differences in rocket engines...

SINPO=23343
May be another station underneath

ID as "Turkey Press Radio"

LMAO  'Turkey Breast'?  Ok, that makes more sense...
since the other bounced
Must be [email protected]

[refmo]

I heard it as 'Turkey Breast Radio'. ID @ 2322z then into Star-Spangled Banner by Hendrix.  S8 signal with qrm from a carrier underneath (liquid radio?).

[Grizz489]

Excellent signal here in NW Ohio, after a somewhat garbled intro.  ID and into JFK speech replay.

added later: Wondered why the JFK speech, then realized today was the 49th anniversary of his death.

[jFarley]

Good signal here towards beginning of show.  Eventually lost under co-channel het.

2302 On with "Hail To the Chief"
2303 OM ID, addy as "Turkey Breast Radio.  [email protected]"
Into JFK speech as noted by others.  Noted het coming on at around 2254.
2317 Still in JFK speech, but fading now, and the het becoming more dominant.
2323 Jimi Hendrix - "Star Spangled Banner" heard here till at least 2325.  I cannot say with certainty when the show ended, as
the het was really nuking the TBR signal now.

Thanks for the show Turkey Breast!

Recorder catch:

6925 USB SIO 333-434

Good signal, but getting Het QRM from another station - similar details as others.

Late Post:

Good clean audio. Opened with “hail to the chef” then into a JFK speech where he announced the moon program. Closed with Hendrix’s “Star Spangled Banner” off 2325.
