2048 rather a latin language (Romanian?)
That's what I was thinking. Doesn't sound like Russian or Ukrainian to me.
Listening on the LA8GKA SDR which is actually in Sweden.

https://voca.ro/1lOsL5WWsx9dOn this one, you hear the same two guys chatting (with background noise that sounds like boat engines) and soon after you can hear another station interrupt in a Slavic language calling other stations (with number callsigns and ending in "priyom", which is is like saying "over to you"). This causes the guys that were chatting on the frequency to leave. (~2100 UTC):

2226 - for the last hour or so, there have been lots of contact attempts, especially calls to "Topaz xx", where xx is a two-digit number, but with apparently no success.
