In my QTH (Western Siberia) I hear tantrums and drunken swearing at 3608 and 3613 kHz in the evening. And it seems to me that old recordings of drunken "radio amateurs" are played in a circle

« on: March 07, 2024, 1530 UTC »It's "kolektive" channel 3150v AMI often listen to this frequency in Western Siberia in the evening. In my QTH there are more adequate people at this frequency than at 7050..7060 kHz
