S5 2303, just caught the tail end of SSTV, into ambient music.  "White Arrows" - Alexandro QuereValu
2309 OM speaking in perhaps Spanish or with a Spanish accent.  Music with pan or Andean flute
2313 OM said good night in both Spanish and English
2320 Sounds like combination rock and Gregorian chant.  ScottieDX SSTV "Principles of Lust" image again.

S5 1256, IS with siren, OM talking, Brit accent but I can't understand anything but "AM...broadcasting .. everything"
1303 as others said, another loop "...my eyes on all channels can see everything..."
1308 Maybe another loop? Can make out "Shortwave radio...transmissions... frequency"
1315 Into music, electronica  Too much into the noise to ID
1330 Off, or I lost the signal

S4 1223 Dead when I tuned in, now I hear a conversation between two people talking about pirate radio.  Repeat of broadcast with Andy Yoder?
As I wrote this came up to S7.  Sounds like two transmissions, I can hear some other broadcast in the background.
1228 Sounds like the background station is in Spanish.  Sounds professional.
@BBA, I thought that was Art Bell!
