THE GOOSE, that Russian Channelmarker, has nothing to do with what you copied in RTTY. That is the Royal Netherlands Navy from its CommCen in Den Helder (PBB). You copied thei CARB - Channel Availability and Receipt Broadcast.
This is an automated system to reply to their ships at see if they are sending treffic to Den Helder.
This is NOT a numbers station but utility.

After adjustments in tuning found:
AM Carrier 6946.66 MHz with lower side band only. Bandwith 8 kHz audio down to 6938.66 MHz.
Tunes in nicely in ECSS LSB mode at 6946.66 MHz
Using SDRPlay RSPdx with 40M EFHW at 35 feet in Southeast Mich
SDR Console v3.3 which allows Wide USB up to 24 kHz.
