I happen to be listening at that moment (1231 utc) and I think it was the English service of Voice of Türkiye with 500,000 watts. They discussed news: Israel/Gaza War and Iran helicopter crash. RFI was on with 1,000 watts until 1230 utc, though I never heard it. Just thought I'd clarify on the board, I have always appreciated the input of others.
