A weak carrier faded in on the SDR recording around 0515 UTC, and was gone around 0518. I've noticed such a carrier on several nights usually quite late, as in this case. Indeed, it re-appeard at 0544, and again at 0550 and 0554. Also several times after 0600, the last trace of the carrier was at 0932. Always an extremely weak carrier, never any signs of audio. Oh, wait, almost never any audio. I actually got some audio at 0912 UTC! Here is the audio:

I measured the carrier frequency, and got values between 6925.001431 and 6925.001907 Hz. So we're talking within 2 Hz of 6925, and a drift of less than 1 Hz. Very good frequency stability and accuracy.
The weak nature of the signal and the use of 6925 suggests it is a pirate, the reception time suggests that it is likely on the west coast. At 0932, it is starting to get light here.
