Heard again here last night / earlier this morning. Same format with no IDs heard.

We seek to understand and document all radio transmissions, legal and otherwise, as part of the radio listening hobby. We do not encourage any radio operations contrary to regulations.
Always consult with the appropriate authorities if you have questions concerning what is permissible in your locale.
I've been running it here on an old Win10 system, mostly to generate I/Q recording files so I can add support for its file format to my apps. The file format is different than SDR Uno
Seems relatively OK, although it's still somewhat sparse feature-wise. I haven't used it seriously for listening yet. I need to try out the Mac version.

I was first alerted to this possible pirate station via some posts on the Scan-DC mailing list. Several people in the DC Metro area have been hearing it. Checking my SDR recordings, it often appears around/after sunset when it overpowers WTTM from NJ.
The format is R&B / Soul / some modern Urban music. I've listened many times around the TOH and BOH and never heard any trace of an ID.
