Equipment / Ionospheric storm disturbing the GPS referenced oscillators ?

All is in the subject line,
as we are still under that major disturbance,
and I can see unusual frequency moves on remote KiwiSDR here in Europe.

edit : some GPS referenced oscillators may be fooled by the bad ionospheric conditions,
OR they may also give up and revert to an internal quartz in place of the missing  GPS signals.
