Today was an audio test, a rebroadcast of a previous program.
I've been tinkering with the settings to get the audio cleared up. Hopefully I'll have it dialed in before the next time.”

The Office of Cuba Broadcasting (Radio y Televisión Martí) was restored already in March.

I had read same about Radio Martí but yet to receive any of their normally ubiquitous transmissions.

I have been trying to receive REE in the 18 UTC hour, which booms in here daily, without success on 9690, 17715, and 17755.  I'm guessing the Iberian Penisula power outage is to blame.
