Shortwave Broadcast / Radio Havana Cuba on 17750kHz. New frequency?

At 15:30z I noticed that Radio Havana Cuba was broadcasting on 17750kHz alongside their normal 16mb frequency 17730kHz.

I'm assuming it's just using an amateur radio transceiver. It was playing "The Purple People Eater" and died again.
