20:50 UTC - Weak barely readable with music.

Must be the new trend for the season for pirates to transmit off frequency --- annoying.

 Classical music on 11950 usb. SIO:254.  2249z ID MRI. Into a very familiar classical tune, played on the
soundtrack for "Conan the Barbarian" if I remember correctly.
