Sounds like an over-modulated broadcast station with a bad transmitter as it keeps changing frequency.. Interfering with WWV on 15000khz, strong in the Caribbean and TDoA maps seem to point that its coming from Cuba.

This station plays mostly Haitian music and has announcements in Haitian Creole. Seems to play 24 hours on 1620am. Can be heard around the center of Orlando, Florida. Sounds to be quite overmodulated especially the announcements.

Music station which plays mainly country and rock music. Searched https://www.mwlist.org/mwlist_quick_and_easy.php?area=3&kHz=1360 but do not see matching id. Name was inaudible but heard something like “ballsong” Radio. Strong signal coming from northwest. Heardfrom the north coast of Jamaica on Tecsun pl600

Radio progresso coming in strong on 690 the transmitter in Santiago de Cuba. Heard from the north coast of jamaica. Also can be heard on shortwave on 4765KHz

Hearing a station in Haitian creole on 1360 from the north coast of Jamaica. Only Haitian station on that frequency according to https://www.mwlist.org/mwlist_quick_and_easy.php?area=3&kHz=1360 is radio Liberte

Ah yeah I’ve heard thier song “Marcus Garvey” they are pretty good. Hopefully one day you can get that log but this really is the best place for it. I even have trouble getting it on the south coast

Radio Rebelde from Cuba with a strong signal here in the north coast of Jamaica. Transmitting the World Cup Match between Japan and Senegal. Also can be heard on 5025am. Recieved using a Tecsun PL-600

Very strong signal of radio GTMO, part of the AFN network serving Guantanamo Bay naval station in Cuba. Very strong signal from the north coast of Jamaica on 1340am. Using a Tecsun Pl-600. Can be heard during the day but it drowned by other Cuban stations during the night.
