HF Beacons / CW "L" on 5155 Khz

Have a little fun station on 5155 Khz. It sends CW "L" mixed with some form of data that begins with a "boooinnng". Data is not FSK but something else. Broadcast sessions are short.

With some modification, it should be possible to use as a beacon.
There are only 14 electronic components, and no toroid or coils of any kind to wind.
Any comments about it?
