0214 "Ratt" heavy metal music........thumbs up.
Modulation must improved near the end, good now.

S4 and deep in the QRM. It's easier to copy the euro pirate on 6300. SINPO 22222. I can't really make anything out at this time.
Actually signal is up and down now, about S4-S5 but still significant fading. Voice easier to copy than music.

S4 just at the noise level with heavy fading. Difficult to copy at times, but a definite ID and 60's music selection. SINPO 24222. First euro pirate here.

Just checking out my Undercover radio QSL # 37 from Feb 2003. Good to hear the mobile on the air again!

I found it odd also, but the announcer had a distinct British accent. I cannot copy it at all now. I don't believe it to be bleed over from a local station. It was difficult to hear over noise. Thunderstorms in the area.
BBC had been on 198 historically.

Picking up a long wave station on 140khz, 2300 UTC, 4/4/12 playing music, announcer with a British accent. No ID that i can copy. Got about an S2.  Anyone know what this may be?

A bit of fading, S4 signal. Music modulates well, voice is a little over modulated.
