Longwave Loggings / Re: eLORAN Tests 1250 UTC 9 FEB 2024

I have the eLORAN test here, looks like one strong one and one that is just barely coming in. My old LORAN-C receiver hasn't been able to pick them up yet.
The Kiwis now have it, GRI 5991 (its really 5990, but using 5991).
