OLD TIME RADIO / 6770 AM/ APR 05/ 0455-0502+.
Big bamd music leading into a man discussing something.  No clear copy because program rarely above the noise floor here.
This is so frustrating.  I know the station is there, hear it regularly :'(, but never get a decent chance to hear it.

6925 USB / APR 03/ 0138-0150+
Could only hear men and women talking about unknown topic(s).  No music heard.  Summer-like static levels made clear copy of station almost impossible.

Woman singing a country song with man giving quick station ID @ 0248 then s/off.  Unable to clearly hear ID. Good but somewhat weak signal.

Old Time Radio
6770 AM / MAR 30 / 0535-0601+.
Radio program "The Shadow" about retired actor who portrayed murderers accused of being one.
Due to weak signal and heavy noise, didn't catch conclusion. But ... "the Shadow knows." (Sorry, couldn't resist cliche response.)
All-in-all, glad to finally hear some program details despite difficult conditions.

6770 AM. 0234 Mar 15
Hearing multiple voices and possible background music.  Signal very faint and deep in noise floor.
No ID heard but assuming Old Time Radio because of frequency and mode.
Around 0252 can hear some big band/swing orchestral music.  Unable to pull any details out of the noise.

Station can be heard very faintly but almost impossible to discern any details.  Station signal deep in background static.

OLd Time Radio  6770 AM  0352-0410+  2014.08..10
Hearing radio program but hard to discern.  Ad for Colgate Dental Cream.  ID for radio  program aired @ 0355 but unable to copy.
Heavy static levels make copy difficult.  Assuming some type of variety show.
Lost signal in noise ~0410.
Tried again around 0428 and picked up a male singer into some big band music.  Possible program ID into another radio program.  Just too much noise for me to get anything definite with this faint signal.

XLR8 Back on 6925 USB @ 0202 2014.08.05
Song "Nothing More to Say" into station ID.  Good signal/audio but incoming storm increasing noise levels.

UNID on 6932/6933 USB 2258-2300*  2014.JUL.17
Caught the very tail-end of a show.  Heard a bit of music then a male anncr before leaving air @ 2300.
Unable to clearly lock in the frequency so it sounded a little garbled.
(Thanks, Chris, for noting it was LSB and not USB.  Explains why I was unable to get a clear read.)

Other / An Observation

Does there seem to be more of what may be described as  military-type transmissions appearing lately around the usual pirate frequencies?
Aside from the MARS on 6912/6913, there appears to be an increasing number of utes and data packet broadcasts.
Tonight (Jun 28) on 6940 there were several packet transmissions heard throughout the late evening hours.
Just wondering if they are more frequent or more aware of their presence.

Other / Odd "Clicking" Signal on 28073 LSB Jun 20
« on: June 20, 2014, 1717 UTC »
28073 LSB  1328-1705+  2014.06.20

All this morning and now into early afternoon hearing a station with single click buzzing tones at apparent irregular spacing between clicks.
Can be heard in AM mode but not USB.  Best heard in LSB and apparently centered at 28073.
Signal is quite strong and considering frequency and time of day may relatively close to my location in Nebraska.

Late log.  Was able to hear music barely audible in the noise floor.  Unable to copy anything because of poor conditions.
