Here are a few reports of my beacon, WAS (13566.05 khz), heard while trolling some SDR sites.
1/13/24
2015Z K3FFF Milford PA
Peaking 2 S units above noise floor to fades down into the noise....RST 549.
Probably the best I have heard WAS.
2021Z West Mtn NY
RST 439 with QSB...readable IDs on QSB peaks.
2041Z Traverse MI K8BMZ
Occasional IDs heard...sig at noise floor.
2049Z N8GA Cable OH
Sigs at or just below noise floor...occasional IDs heard.
2052Z Dayton OH
Numerous IDs heard...sigs at or below noise floor.
QSB on all sigs. Heard a few peeps on other SDR sites, but too weak to copy full IDs.

Taking a quick tune of some of the SDR rcvrs and am hearing my beacon, WAS, in Wis. Altho very weak, I heard a few complete IDs.

I shut WAS down for some listening and immediately heard both subject beacons very readable:
1/30/23 1825Z ODX RST 449/549 QSB
1826Z AMA RST 549/569 QSB
Both pretty consistent (with multiple checks) up to 1852Z.

MW Loggings / TIS Station On 1710kc

I have been hearing a TIS stn, WQFG689, over the last few mornings, on 1710kc AM with a good signal into NC, SE of Raleigh. The stn is run by Hudson County NJ and according to the FCC info, runs 10w output. Times have been from 1000Z until around 1200Z. QSB noted with strong peaks & down into the noise. Msg, in general, was that they were having technical difficulties.

Longwave Loggings / WA1ZMS/4 486 AM 1212 UTC 25 DEC 2022

I am hearing an AM stn on 486kc with a fair sig, with fades down into the noise. They are playing instrumental Christmas Music and a male and female announcer. Can't quite make out the call sign, but starts with a 'W'...maybe an experimental call. Time 1141-1148Z. Its after 12Z now and they are vry weak and into the noise .

Heard K6FRC this morning at 1457Z thru 1500Z RST 239 to peak of around 329, very weak, but several ID completely readable...QSB. Still hearing it as I pass by.

I haven't done any listening in a while, so this afternoon I shut down WAS for a short while and made a few passes across the band. Nothing heard but ODX. He was at about a RST 439 on peaks between 2132Z & 2138Z, 7/26/20. Agn about the same from 2151Z 'till around 2155Z. A good amount of QSB was noted during those times.
WAS is now plugged back in, but with its extremely slow restart (if at all) when powered back up, may be tomorrow before I get time to take it down from the wall, open it up and give it a massage.

GE Hifers,
I just fired WAS back up (yesterday) after replacing the defective osc/amp IC. I have adjusted the output to about 1.4v p-p on the scope. Think that translates to a bit over 4.7mw to the 22m dipole. The new IC moved the freq. up to around 13.566 mhz. I would appreciate any reports...should it be heard?...esp if I am interfering with another beacon or if the new freq. has QRM from ISM xmsns. I will let it run a while on the bench and will probably be doing some tweaking freq. wise. I have packaged the xmtr with a 12vdc p/s and it will be up on the wall. The xmtr is still slow to re-start after loosing power so will need to address that problem since it will not be easy to get to.

I am hearing WV... probably the strongest & most consistent Hifer sig I have heard...now (1327Z...6/11/19) around 13554.851khz. Started hearing it at 1309z and still strong, about 4-5 S-units above the noise floor. Some QSB but staying copy-able. The dits, dahs and ID surely standout.

Am hearing ODX at 1630, 1632 & 1636Z 6/10/19 around 13566.308khz. Sigs similar to KAH at RST 339 down on QSB into the noise. Occasional peaks at 439 and copying several IDs in a string. Same rcving setup as with KAH.

With WAS down for a while, I will be doing some listening. At 1426, 1448 & 1501Z 6/10/19 have heard a few IDs from KAH, so far peaking RST 339 with deep QSB into the noise floor for several minutes. Sometimes can copy up to 5-6 IDs in a string. Receiving freq around 13567.65 khz. Receiving with the Ten Tec RX340 and the xmit antenna, a 22m dipole at about 40 feet and broad side NW/SE.
