Hearing a YL and an OM talking at 2208 UTC tune in. Sounds very much like a phone conversation and these have been logged in this frequency range several times before. Above 6850 kHz or so it seems like its mostly pirate or bootleg radio chatter, but the 6765 kHz to 6850 kHz range (roughly) is home to phone links and freebanders mixed in with each other. Weak signals and poor copy at 2211 UTC.
