Mandarin service to Far East via Iba in the Philippines with OM hosting a monologue with Oriental music interspersed now and then.

SINPO: 33233 ICOM R75 Full Alpha Delta Sloper using ECSS.  AZ:  330 (which puts my QTH right in the crosshairs).
