Pretty sure that one's Greek too, it is usually the strongest of several on closer-to-Greece SDRs. These stations are weird because even with all the talking I never hear anything like an ID and they seem like total hobbyist operations.
Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

Its often very hard to tell Greek and Serbian stations apart - often it's only the music that can seperate them!

It's amazing how many there are--I don't even bother with the weaker ones. (Again, I'm on relatively close-by SDRs so it's more curiosity than real DXing.) This article from 2006 is pretty incredible and I assume it's the same situation now: https://www.harriku.com/larissa.htm.  The article says that if you don't have at least 1 kw you're nothing, and some of them have as high as 60kw! Omn 1690 right now (2240) there's a strong one on top of a weaker one, but both precisely on-channel so no heterodyne.
