Audio popping in and out of the noise here at 2324 UTC with Song, then man announcer at 2326 with partial ID..."broadcasting from"...
Nothing at 2330 UTC. Too much damn atmosperic noise here. I'll have to listen back on the tape to see if I get a clear ID....a new Euro for me!
