6940khz USB Unid Pirate

  For the last 5-10 minutes I have been hearing something on 6940khz USB but unable to identify. There is plenty of static but there is some music but too weak to read.

I noticed some FSK (RTTY) there on the SDR recording. It has been there the past few evenings.
