Fair to poor reception

1330z Oddly no IS just broke straight into news.  Very muffled OM talking, not audible.  Was hoping to hear latest news on Istanbul situation.

1339z Reception slightly better...OM talking about football match.  YL begins talking.

1400-1422z Turkish music
