3.227MHz  CW  V  Khiva, Xorazm, Uzbekistan Russian Naval beacon/channel marker 1750z 529 report, used to be on 3.335MHz CW, not heard for around 18 months.
"V" is active tonight at 19:30-20:20 UTC on 3227 kHz
