Strongest signal on band other than Laser Hot Hits....I got a reply from the operator last October as follows (no eQSL unfortunately :'(

"Thank you for your report and pictures are very happy with it.
Just about myself I am 54 years old and live with my girlfriend 50 years and have a son of 24 years
and live in the south of the Netherlands. I have been a pirate on fm for over 30 years and I was caught there.
Now I am sending a short message to the am, you have to do something, and send it
is in my blood in heart and soul, also on 27mc 11 meter band I am active. My am transmitter is a digital transmitter of 100 watts
it only has to be built into a 19 Inch cabinet, my antenna is a fd4 of 42 meters long
at 12 meters high in a residential area. Unfortunately, I do not have qsl cards and the name discovery is from a TV channel here.
So that was a bit about myself I wish you much more pleasure with other AM stations and hope
to be able to greet you again via the chat."
