I have noticed this second carrier too, could this be someone trying to jam the signal of "Brexit" radio??

The carrier is a lot weaker than 6210 khz here

The signal went a few kilohertz down for a while before being switched off.... but the "Brexit" radio signal is much stronger.... still not convinced it wasn't a failed jamming attempt

2045 - signal back again

2048 - carrier gone again?
