Other / New chatters EU band 3450v LSB 21 Nov 2020

   Last and this night chatters on 3450 up to 3470 LSB working.
It is below the 80m HAM band, they don't use callsigns.
S9 + good signal quality and work culture
they keep 5kHz intervals so they don't disturb each other.
Yesterday at 3460, music was broadcast even after midnight (French operator)
At the beginning, 3450 stations are German, higher than French, and probably Italians were approaching.
